Alienware has transitioned to new names for many of its workstation products. This transition will simplify product naming to make it easier for customers to understand the Alienware professional systems product portfolio. Selected products will be identified in the future by generic terms, descriptive of their functions rather than by their current coined trade brands. The Alienware product portfolio itself will remain unchanged – only the names used to market certain products will change.
