The Alienware Titanium Account is a revolving line of credit that provides an easy way to finance your Alienware purchase.
- Why didn't I receive the lowest Annual Percentage Rate available or other special program features?
CIT Bank, the lender, determines the Annual Percentage Rate as well as qualification for promotional financing features based on its underwriting guidelines. Customers not eligible for the lowest available rate or a promotional financing feature may still be offered financing.
- Can I transfer the balances of my other credit cards to my Alienware Titanium Account?
No, we are unable to transfer balances to this account from other credit cards. The Alienware Titanium Account is solely for Alienware purchases.
- Can I update my personal information, such as my phone number and address online?
At this time, you are not able to update your personal information online but you can call Dell Financial Services to update your information at 1-800-685-5564.
- How do I handle disputes on my Alienware Titanium Account?

- Do you have to be a certain age to apply for the Alienware Titanium Account?
Customers must be 18 years of age or older to apply for ATA.
- Can someone from outside the USA apply for an ATA?
No, we only allow consumers within the 50 United States to apply for ATA.
- Can co-applicants apply for the ATA?
No, co-applicants are not accepted.
- When is my first payment due?
The first payment is due 30 - 45 days after the order has shipped.
- Can I put all Alienware purchases on the ATA?
You can make Alienware purchases up to your available credit, excluding items from the Alienware Outlet Store and game downloads.
- What is zero % liability on unauthorized charges?
As an Alienware Titanium Account member, you will not be held responsible for unauthorized purchase(s) on your Alienware Titanium Account under the following conditions: You report the unauthorized purchase(s) within 90 days of the transaction appearing on your statement; and you cooperate with Dell Financial Services in the investigation of the fraudulent charges on your account.
