Create Chaos 2008 is a five-day creative industry destination event produced to inform, inspire, educate, and connect creative professionals across industries through an all-inclusive event. Featuring several unique industry conferences under one roof, at one time, Create Chaos takes place Oct 13-17, 2008 at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort in Orlando, FL. Create Chaos serves as a spark to ignite a new renaissance by bringing together creative professionals across industry boundaries including: graphic design, advertising, film and video production, animation, photography, printing, Web, and publishing professionals.

The Create Awards winners will also be announced at Create Chaos including the Best of Show award where one lucky winner will win a prize package containing an Alienware notebook.

Create Magazine is back with their third Annual Create Awards. This year, Alienware will be providing a high-end Alienware Area-51® notebook as part of their most prestigious award, The Best of Show Dream Studio Prize Package.

The Create Awards is open to all creative professionals and students working in advertising, film and video, motion graphics, graphic communication, photography, printing, interactive media, and copywriting. The competition spans eight industries and includes more than 300 categories. To enter, work must have appeared on the marketplace between April 1, 2007 and June 1, 2008.

Alienware is heading down to the “live music capital of the world.” March 7-11, 2008, Austin, TX hosts South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive Festival and Alienware will be there seeking out the world’s best Guitar Hero rock star. On March 8 and 9, Alienware will participate in the highly-anticipated Screenburn Arcade where top Alienware desktop and notebook systems will be available for some hands-on testing plus a no holds barred Guitar Hero III throw down. The grand prize winner will walk away with their very own copy of GH3 plus a full-size guitar controller.
