OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

These rules (these "Contest Rules") set forth the rules and regulations of the Alienware Winter Frag Fest – Watch & Win Contest (the "Contest") presented by iGames, Inc. ("iGames") and Alienware, Corp., collectively the Sponsors ("Sponsors").

  1. Eligibility.
    • The Contest is open only to residents of any State of the United States of America (other than Rhode Island), the District of Columbia and any Province of Canada (other than Quebec) that are thirteen years of age or older as of January 24, 2009 (“Entrants”). If you are not a resident of these areas, you are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
    • Participation in the Contest is subject to compliance with the requirements specified below.
    • Employees of Sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible to win any prizes.
    • Offer void where prohibited.
    • A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
    • No Entrant will be allowed to receive more than one Prize in the Contest.
  2. Contest Period. The Contest shall commence on January 24, 2009, and end on January 26, 2009 (the “Contest Period”).
  3. How to Enter the Contest.
    • You are entered into the contest (an “Entry”) by signing up for the free Alienware Insider electronic newsletter and submitting a correct answer to a Trivia Question (as defined below) using the form located online at http://www.alienware.com/microsite/igames/winter-fragfest-watch.aspx on January 24, 2009. Ten trivia questions (each a “Trivia Question”) will be posed at random intervals, between 2:00 PM EST and 11:00 PM EST on January 24, 2009, via streaming video embedded online at http://www.alienware.com/microsite/igames/winter-fragfest-watch.aspx.
    • Each Entry provides a single submission in the drawing (“Drawing”) for the Prize (as defined hereunder). There is a limit of one Entry per Trivia Question, per person.
    • Regardless of whether or not you participate in the Trivia Question you also may enter the Contest by sending a letter or postcard (a “Mail-in Entry”) addressed to Alienware Winter Frag Fest – Watch & Win Contest, c/o iGames, 201 San Antonio Circle, Suite 260, Mountain View, CA 94040. Each Mail-in Entry must include your name, mailing address, e-mail address and age. There is a limit of one Mail-in Entry per person per Drawing.
    • To be included in the Drawing, Mail-in Entries must be received by Sponsors by 12:00 PM EST on January 24, 2009. For each Mail-in Entry the Sponsors receive you will automatically be provided with one Entry for the next Drawing held by the Sponsors (one Entry per Drawing / maximum of ten Entries per person).
    • No Mail-in Entry will be accepted after January 24, 2009.
  4. Prizes.
    • Sponsors will award the following prizes (each a “Prize”) at the rate of one Prize per Trivia Question. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prizes is US $950.00

    • The Prizes will be awarded on the date of the Drawing.
    • The odds of winning the Prize are based on the total number of qualified Entries for the Drawing and are equal regardless of the method of entry.
    • No Prize substitution, except as allowed by Sponsors which reserve the right to offer a prize of equal/greater value.
  5. Drawings for Prizes. Sponsors will conduct only one Drawing per Trivia Question on January 26, 2009.
    • Mail-in Entries for the Drawings must be received by the Sponsors by 12:00 PM EST on January 24, 2009.
    • The Drawings will be conducted by Sponsors in Mountain View, California. The Drawings will be made using Sponsors’ random selection tool. All decisions of Sponsors are final.
    • The Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of being awarded.
    • Sponsors will not deliver the Prizes to any persons other than the respective Winners.
  6. Winners’ Notices, Etc. Each person selected to win a Prize (each a “Winner”) will be notified by mail, phone or e-mail, as determined by the Sponsors. Winners will be required to execute and deliver to the Sponsors a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Release”), which includes an acceptance of these Contest Rules and a release of liability. If required by law, Winners also will be required to execute Federal and State tax releases. The Release and the tax releases must be provided to the Sponsors within 10 days of notification attempt or the Prize will be forfeited. In such a case, the Sponsors will choose an alternate winner by the same random method.
    • If a Winner is under the legal age of majority in his or her state or province of residence, the Winner's parent or legal guardian must also sign the Release.
    • Each Winner, by entering the Contest, consents to the inclusion of his or her name on a list of Winners made available by the Sponsors as indicated below.
    • Sales taxes, if any, and income taxes are the responsibility of each Winner.
    • Sponsors will pay the costs of shipping or delivery of the Prize.
  7. Canadian Winners. In addition to the above, if a person selected by the random selection method is a resident of Canada, as prescribed by Canadian law, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone at a prearranged time in order to be declared a Winner.
  8. Use of Information. The information collected to enter the Contest will be used to contact you if you are chosen to receive a Prize. Additionally, Sponsors may use this information for marketing purposes, and to contact you regarding offers, promotions and other contests related to products or services distributed by the Sponsors.
  9. General Release. Sponsors will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted or damaged Mail-in Entries; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or any other computer and communications related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsors; (d) any technical or human error such as printing or typographical or administrative errors in any materials associated with the Contest; or (e) the use of the Prize.
  10. Winners List; Rules Request. For a copy of the Winners list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope after January 26, 2009 and before March 1, 2009 to the Sponsors at the following address: Alienware Winter Frag Fest – Watch & Win Contest - Winners List, c/o iGames, 201 San Antonio Circle Suite 260, Mountain View, CA 94040. To obtain a copy of these rules, send a stamped, self-addressed business-size envelope to the Sponsors at the following address: Alienware Winter Frag Fest – Watch & Win Contest - Rules Request, c/o iGames, 201 San Antonio Circle Suite 260, Mountain View, CA 94040. Washington and Vermont entrants may omit return postage.
  11. Terms.
    • To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Contest and these Contest Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of California, USA.
    • These rules are subject to any requirements/limitations imposed by the Federal Communications Commission.
    • The Contest is subject to applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
    • Entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects.
    • Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Contest or Sponsors otherwise become (as determined in their sole discretion) incapable of running the Contest as planned. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Contest Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
    • Sponsors’ failure to enforce any term of these Contest Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
