Can I purchase an Alienware® case separately?

Alienware® does not currently sell cases separately. In addition, the Alienware® case, logo and bezel are exclusive products of Alienware® Corporation. Use of these or images of these products are forbidden without the expressed consent of Alienware® Corporation


Does Alienware® ship international orders?

Yes, Alienware® ships international orders. However, this only applies to destinations in the Americas, Caribbean, and US territories. International shipping charges will be calculated by Alienware® at the time of sale. No duties or applicable taxes are calculated or charged by Alienware®. The customer is solely responsible for any shipping costs, as well as any duties and/or taxes that may be incurred from the international transit of any part or system.

We are delighted to announce that Alienware® now has an European office delivering to Europe, the Middle East and Asia. However, all shipping costs, duties and applicable taxes shipping to countries outside of the E.U. are not calculated by Alienware Ltd. The customer is solely responsible for shipping costs, as well as duties and taxes that may be incurred from International transit of any part or system.

Do Alienware® systems support 220V?

Yes, all Alienware® systems have interchangeable power supplies allowing you to switch between 110V or 220V.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Alienware® accepts the following forms of payment:
i. Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover
ii. Cashier's Check, Money Order
iii. Wire Transfer

What are the terms and conditions regarding your financing?

How long after placing my order will I receive my system?

Your order will ship within 7 calendar days from the time payment is received.

Do your prices on the website include tax?

Tax is only applicable to Florida residents.

Are your prices in U.S or Canadian funds?

All prices listed on Alienware®'s website and advertisements are in U.S funds.
 

There is a component I want that is not available in your configurator.

All components offered with Alienware systems must pass an extremely strict level of certification. Components are tested for quality, durability, and compatibility, to ensure that they perform flawlessly with any combination of hardware that Alienware currently offers.
